This isn’t considered one of the 4 inputs or outputs. I also used the factory output wire to trigger my fuel pump.
I dedicated 1 input to signal the a/c cut out for the vintage air. I dedicated 1 fan output to a PWM fan module to control it with a table. Basically, it’s plug and play and you have all sensors/gauges available right on your dash It also has another module that directly talks to the Holley Terminator and uses CAN to transfer all the gauges to the Dakota dash. I used a Dakota VHX digital dash so that saved using some inputs/output because it comes with its own module. I went with the Terminator X Max so I could retain the fly by wire. The oil & fuel pressure transducers are used for Data Monitoring, Data Logging and setup Outputs based on oil & fuel pressure.Just did this on an LS w/ TVS 2300 blower in a 70 Acadian restomod build. This I/O Auxiliary Harness isn't required for the optional oil & fuel pressure transducers, which are also "plug & play" into the main harness. It's "plug & play" into the main harness, and an easy way to connect common things like an electric cooling fan ( Link). The 558-400 I/O Auxiliary Harness is 20 feet long.
